Welcome to Mail10Min. By accessing or using this website and its services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using Mail10Min immediately.

1. Description of Service

Mail10Min provides free, temporary disposable email inboxes for the purpose of receiving emails and one-time password (OTP) codes. Inboxes are randomly generated and do not require account creation. Each inbox is valid for a limited period of time (default: 10 minutes) and can be extended once. All data is automatically deleted upon expiry. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Mail10Min only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not use the service to:

• Engage in or facilitate illegal activity of any kind, including fraud, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Send, receive, or distribute phishing emails, malware, ransomware, or other malicious content.
• Conduct spam campaigns or use the service as part of bulk unsolicited messaging.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other individuals through the service.
• Circumvent authentication or security systems of other websites or services in ways that violate their terms of service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Mail10Min infrastructure, database, or administrative systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate excessive requests to the service that degrade performance for other users.

Violation of these rules may result in your IP being rate-limited or permanently blocked from the service, and may be reported to appropriate authorities where legally required.

3. No Guarantees of Delivery

Email delivery to temporary inboxes depends on external factors outside our control, including the sending mail server's configuration, DNS propagation, spam filters, and anti-abuse systems. Mail10Min does not guarantee that all emails sent to a temporary inbox will be received, displayed, or retained for any specific duration. Use of this service for time-critical operations is at your own risk.

4. Data and Privacy

All inbox addresses and email content are temporary and subject to automatic deletion. We do not store personal user accounts. Our full data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, design, code, and content on Mail10Min (excluding user-received emails) is the property of Mail10Min and its developers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mail10Min, its developers, and operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. This includes but is not limited to: loss of data, missed OTPs, service interruptions, or security breaches by third parties.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
