Why didn't I receive my email?

Delivery depends on the sending server's configuration. Some providers block sending to temporary/disposable domains. Try requesting a new OTP from the original service, or use the inbox URL directly. Also make sure your inbox hasn't expired.

How long does my inbox last?

By default, inboxes expire after 10 minutes. You can extend them by up to 30 additional minutes using the "More Time" option. After expiry, all emails are permanently deleted.

Is my inbox private?

Inboxes are randomly generated and not linked to your identity. However, anyone who knows your inbox address can receive emails sent to it. Do not use this service for sensitive personal information.

Can I use Mail10Min via Telegram?

Yes! You can get a temporary inbox and receive OTP notifications directly in Telegram by using our bot. Search for @Mail10MinBot and send /start.

How do I report spam or abuse?
